    Formal notice, negotiation, settlement. Most disputes are resolved at this stage. Included in the subscription.

    Litigate

    If the dispute has to go before a judge, we offer a fixed fee per stage of the proceedings or, depending on the case, a success-based fee.

The older a debt gets, the harder it is to recover. We step in at the first delays: a lawyer’s formal notice, negotiation of a payment plan, then proceedings if the debtor does not respond.

For subscribers, the amicable phase is included in the subscription. For the court phase, we offer a fixed fee combined with a share of the sums recovered.
