What does the subscription actually deliver?

A key contract better negotiated, a hire properly set up, a dispute avoided: one of these often covers several months of subscription. Above all, you make decisions at the speed of your business, without waiting until you "really need" a lawyer.

I have few legal questions a year. Is the subscription worth it?

Many business leaders have few questions because every call to a lawyer comes at a cost. With the subscription, our clients get into the habit of consulting us earlier: before signing, before hiring, before replying to a letter. That is when advice is most valuable.

How long is the contract?

The subscription is an open-ended contract. You can end it at any time with 4 months’ notice.

Why 4 months’ notice?

From the first weeks, we invest time in getting to know your business, your contracts and your priorities. The notice period lets us plan that support over time and close ongoing matters properly.

My company exceeds the thresholds. What happens?

The €1,210 excl. VAT monthly subscription is designed for companies with up to €3M turnover and 50 staff. Beyond that, we design a tailored subscription on the same terms: fixed fee, unlimited support. A small business that passes €500k turnover or 5 staff moves to the SME plan.

Will I always work with the same lawyers?

Yes. Our team is deliberately small: you know your lawyers, and they know your business.

How fast do you reply?

We answer every subscriber request within 24 business hours. Emergencies, such as a data breach, are handled immediately.

What if I end up in court?

We support you through the whole amicable phase: strategy, negotiations, letters. Once the dispute goes before a judge, we offer a separate fixed fee. You keep the advantage of a team that already knows your file.

Is the DPO included in the subscription?

The subscription covers GDPR advice, compliance work and emergency handling. The formal appointment of our firm as your data protection officer, with the ongoing monitoring it involves, is part of the outsourced DPO service.

Are my personal matters as a business owner covered?

No. The subscription covers your company’s legal needs. Your personal matters (family, traffic, property, everyday disputes) are handled as a separate matter, with fees announced before we start.
