If you contact us to exercise your rights, we will reply within 1 month. Exceptionally, this period may be extended (up to a maximum of 3 months), but we will then give you the reason within 1 month. Whether or not you can exercise your rights depends on the processing and its legal basis.
Always state clearly which right you wish to exercise and how you would like to receive the information (for example by email, by post, verbally…). Please bear in mind that in some cases we need additional information. We want to make sure we are helping the right person.
